I don't know anything about uour daily meal plans but stay away from anything that might block the absorption of the thyroid medicine. My levothyroxine case says that I should stay away from soy products and be careful with any iron supplements (and aditionally, any vitamin supplements as well). So make sure you're not…

I started by lifting weights and walking on the treadmill/riding a bike for 60 minutes every day. I got bored after six mons and now i go to body pump and body combat classes by the les mills group. If you getbored just join any class you like at the gym. For as long as you're moving and rising your heart rate you'll be…

Afe you completely sure your clothes fit just as they used to fit??? you might think there'sno difference but sooner or later your clothes will be baggier and won't look good, even if they're not falling off your hips

You should have called him "stupid little virgin" apart from the word stupid you're not truly insulting him because both things are supposed to be true XD well... All three things to be exact. The bad part is that you would look like you approve sex between kids but you would surely hurt his feelings :P I don't know if…

Thank you for your ideas! I have mixed it with yoghurt some times... I didn't know that it was advisable to put some protein in it. I don't think we have thst proteic yoghurt here though. I just made it and had it with a side piece of cheese. I'll try microwaving it next time I make it :D

I don't eat sugars and i follow a low fat, low carb, low dairy diet. No processed foods I'm quite certain that i don't eat…

I was given such a diet once and i could follow it for a week (while being hungry), then another week and i felt like fainting several times and the following week my family told me to switch to snother doctor because they couldn't stand my anger fists anymore. It looks like my body had turned my mind to a constant…

The safest way to lose weight? It might take longer than other marketed diets and strategies, but i was told to follow USFDA "MY Plate" guidelines, and exercise every day. That means eating all food groups, small portions, 5 meals a day. Also, you need to change your lifestyle to keep your weight off and you can't achieve…

I'm not emotional to say the truth but i'm amazed that i could follow a diet for more than two weeks. Right now, 8 months later i'm closer to my goal than ever. Whenever i try clothes that never fit me i start jumping out of joy :D 5 months, 69 pounds?!? No wonder you're emotional!!! Well done! You're right, a lot of…

Hi! I'm 5'3" , I weigh 165 lbs, and my goal Weight is 132 (60 kilo for me). I already lost 66 pounds, but i want to reach my goal weight. I still find that my battle will last longer because i find my body fat percentage too high (33%), and I see lots and lots of fat in my body. So it's not all about the number on the…

I'm in your same boat. I burn approximately 800 calories a day and I can barely make it to eat 1000 calories a day. I only seem to go over my recommended 1,500 calories on Sundays, because I love pasta and pizza and I usually eat one of those options that particular day of the week. What bugs me is that I'm in a weightloss…

Two things: 1- my husband is able to eat whatever he likes and lose tons of weight exercising. A splendid metabolism I guess! 2- It's great that you intend to live life to its fullest, but you have to know that eating everything that goes through your mind isn't exactly that. I don't know how much you truly eat, and how…

I was told the same thing but I was truly obese when I tried running for the first time. I was just elated that my breathing problems were finally sorted out for once in my life (it turned out to be asthma induced by allergies). So I was excited about starting a strong cardio routine and wanted to try running but I was…

what you should NEVER do is binge eating (not to mention binge drinking!). Right now you have to get used to your new job and find a way to keep a healthy routine. In the meantime just stick to healthy eating, eat all your meals (try to eat them at the same time every day), and don't focus in calorie-counting. Try to go…

I dont know what a ding dong is, but you can still eat it if you do it in moderation. My nutritionist told me to choose one day of the week to eat something i truly like. It can be a snack or a main meal. If it's an industrial-made snack pay attention to the serving size and don't eat more than that. If you need to lose a…

This is my first post here! I just has to reply to this since I ABSOLUTELY HATE drinking water as well. I even tried those brita filters but those only make it worse, water tastes weird after using them. I'm afraid we don't have any other choice but slowly getting used to it. I'm trying to force myself to drink one glass…
