Should have mentioned this too, I have since remarried. I am a Christian and my husband is an atheist. We are not perfect and our marriage has been a lot of work. The religion thing has been a big issue and we work through it. In any case seek help and I wish you the best of luck in whatever you choice you makes,

Throw in a child (or 2) and a husband and it gets that much more complicated. Coming to a website full of people that you don't…

I used to go through 6 or 7 pints of Ben & Jerry's chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream in the 5 days that I had my period! If i ran out and my husband wouldnt go to the store for me my crazy inner b*tch would come…

If I lied on my food log it would be like giving myself permission to stay fat and unhealthy. By logging everything truthfully I can later go back and make sense of something I did t understand before like why was my sodium so high day x. The logs tell us what we are doing wrong if we only take the time to be truthful in…

Not silly at all! I'm 4"7 and 211 lbs and I love my husband and kids and I can not bring myself to work out with them in the room. When I go to the gym it's at 6am so I know I'm the only one there! I can't stand to feel like someone is watching me (even if it's just me being silly).

You look great! Such a difference that you can see! Keep up the awesome work and happy 30th! :flowerforyou:
