don't get caught up on the daily calorie count. If you look at the weekly counts you can eat those calories at a later date just don't cheat yourself and double dip. if one day you have 1000 extra calories you can be worry free if you eat an extra 200 for the next 5 days. or anyway you want to divide it. It is definitely NET CALORIES. you NEVER want to eat less than 1200cal/day unless your doctor prescribes it. The more calories you burn the more you get to eat! just don't eat empty calories,
