Keep at it! Trying to lose weight healthy way takes time. I feel the same way as u....I've been doing Insanity for a month and two weeks and only lost 6!lbs n can't see much difference on my body but I am determined to finish this program and start something else because I know I can do this....THINK POSITiVE!!!!

I had the same question...and after reading bunch of posts...it's best to get a heart rate monitor to accurately count your burned calories. I still hav not purchased one so I just log my workouts under 'aerobics, high impact.'

I'm on week 4. Not following the nutrition plan but just eating healthy in general along with counting calories. 2 lbs lost so far. Can't wait to finish the program....even if I don't lose much weight, I'm pretty sure ill lose some inches for sure.

What type of protein should a person trying to lose weight take if whey and casein are for muscle building?

I'm on week 3 of first month. I was only sore the first week, I guess my body got used to the workouts....no soreness after week one, just a lot of sweat ! I'm also thinking about purchasing a HRM as I just use MFP to measure my cals. Just can't decide on one.

Some amazing results! Way to go! I'm 5'1" , CW 140 GW 115ish I just started insanity a week ago, I hope to see some pleasing results by the time I'm done with Insanity. Along with insanity, I'm counting my calories. I hope it works!
