I'll give myself at least one cheat day a week- in the sense of not going to the gym/rigorous exercise but I restrict myself to one cheat meal- you need some reward but not indulgent enough that you're losing ground!

Whilst some brand name designs are not bad to look at it the fact remains that you're working on improving your fitness and body- not working on widening the hole in your wallet!

By forcing myself to avoid the path of least resistance- walking instead of driving, using the stairs instead of the travelator- and also being surrounded by overweight colleagues!!
