Too many compliments and I lose motivation to keep going. I guess I need to still see myself as needing to improve more and the suggestion (in my mind) that I might have already gotten there is too easy to go with. Some compliments are great though

My mantra is song words "its a long way there, its a long way to where I'm going..." just because its easy to think "well I've done enough, not looking too bad now - but actually still a way to go to my goal :) I usually end up singing it to myself when I get a bit soft on myself!

got mine from KMart about $29. Digital and Weigh to increments of 100g which is nice. Much better than the old manual ones that you cant really read from any height.
