163.5 today. How is it I go away for four days, eat healthy and exercise the whole time and gain 4 pounds? Very discouraging.

Measurements and weight the same as last month. 160 still! At least I lost the three pound gain I had on Monday:( Let's hope that trend continues.

You might want to go slow at that sub or you will be sick. I hope no one bashes you on this site, we are all here trying to overcome our own struggles. I am glad to hear you are going to eat your minimum calories and do this healthier. food isn't your enemy it is your relationship with food that is the problem. good luck…

I have a workout partner that I meet at the gym every morning, if I don't go she will be by herself. Don't want to let her down so I get up and go no matter how much I don't want to.

I get up at 5:30 and there are lots of DVDs you can do at home.

Scale is not being kind to me:( same as last week 160. I bumped up the workouts alot this week, the most since summer started, maybe a bit of water? Hope for a loss next week.

According to Dr. Sharma of the Canadian Obesity Network it doesn't matter where the calories come from the body uses all calories the same. If you eat 1600 calories of salt and fat it is not different, weight wise, than 1600 cals of healthy food. This doesn't mean that fat calories are healthy only that as fuel your body…

Fluid retention, you couldn't gain two pounds that fast unless you took in 7000 more calories than you burned.

Wii Active is good. I have heard Zumba is good but don't have it. I have Jillian Michaels but it needs Wii Fit. You should utilize your wii, the sports games are a good workout too. have fun!
