Door number three for me, too! It means if I get my run/strength in every day, plus some yoga or cycling, I will hit it no problem - yay for extra motivation!

I have a meal planner on my fridge for the week ahead (you can get lots of templates online), log my food and prepare my lunch the night before, it just takes some of the pressure off!

I'm in the UK and I have a yearly membership for the gym at the university I work at - it costs the US equivalent of about $270 per year... so just over $20 per month, and that includes gym, swim and classes

I'm from Scotland :) I currently have a lovely loan pony, a dark bay Welsh Section D X called Monty.I ride English and we are currently working on our jumping, I'm hoping to compete in some unaffiliated showjumping competitions next year.

That is great advise - thanks! I'll definitely look into Langer, my GP is amazing so I'm very lucky there, but obviously the wider NHS is another story at times! Thanks for your help and advice!
