  • I have to agree, I've got a really small frame and my lowest possible goal is 125, but I'm expecting to settle at 126-128 and work on building lean muscle. Different strokes for different folks, but stay mindful of your health and keeping your body fit and healthy.

  • I've been doing okay, grad school is kicking my butt so I've been really busy, but I lost a pound this week so I'm happy! My goals this week: lose 0.5lb and exercise 5 days this week
  • I'm in the process of writing a research funding application and I'm working away on the timeline, I TRIED to write 'Six months will be allowed for...' and somehow it ended up as 'sex moths will...' Pretty childish but it cracked me up!
  • Weekly weigh-ins will start next Tuesday so that gives us seven weeks to lose as much weight as possible!
