no, its eating at a deficit....clean eating is not putting chemicals in your body. still have calories.

you can get plain with no flavor, its not sweet at all, wonder if its any better? or at least no sweetener

you can make cinnamon chips out of them, I think spray with cooing spray and coat in cinnamon sugar and bake until crisp, im sure you could google the recipe :)...you could make plain ones too I am sure to cut out the sugar
