Thanks for the info! It also appears that women with PCOS find it doesn't work for them. I am just starting day 2, so I will give it 10 days, but I am deathly afraid of getting on the scale. In his book, he says you should weigh every day. I say boo to that!

I had PCOS for most of my life.... it is very hard to loose weight with it... however it can be done. I found that both EXERCISE and eating right is the key. You want to lose the weight slowly so that it is off forever!

Don't look at it as starting over again. Look at it as a life change. A change takes time. For me, personally, I can't look at it as a diet. Several things: first, have you taken your measurements? Sometimes, you might not see the scale move, but you are still shrinking. Also, how is your water intake? I are drinking enough to flush out toxins, fat, etc.? Don't give up!!!!
