zumbacalories.com is pretty accurate. I had never seen it before this post. I use my fitbit to calculate my calories and between the two they are very close in comparison.

That's the only thing I see also. Could you try having your dressing on the side? Use your fork and dip into your dressing then scoop your salad. I think you could use less dressing if you do that.

I brag about my fitbit every day! I love it! For the exercises I do it's very accurate. I love knowing what my TDEE is everyday and what my calorie defecit needs to be. My fitbit hasn't left me in 3 weeks. I don't know what I'd do with out it.

There seems to be a lot of controversy to 1200cal/day on MFP. I think if you are eating back your exercise calories and have your activity level set to the proper setting it is ok. This what I do at night. Once I know I've ate all my calories for the day..I brush my teeth. Otherwise I will find chocolate :ohwell:

I've heard if you walk/run at intervals of 3 minutes each...this will burn quicker.

Walking is in no way a waste of time. It is burning energy which in turn will burn calories. But if you are looking for ways to burn more calories in a smaller time frame then running would be a better option.
