This is me. If I don't eat well, I feel like I'm not effective in my workouts. I don't have the right fuel and the energy needed to have a good workout, it's more like 'going through the motions'.

I've hit my macros levels for a full week as of today. I've had no coffee or diet soda, only water as of this morning, 40 oz at 10:30. I'm actually on track the last 4 days for my getting rid of debt plan.

The before is 3 years ago, 2008.. and then just this past weekend. That's minus 97 lbs (about). I've been lifting and have put on weight, so it's hard to say what's a gain in muscle or gain in fat. I just know I look and feel better than I ever have in my life.
