I second that emotion!

This. Mine does not record riding in a car or bus etc as steps. But, if it did, I would do this. I love my Fitbit and have used it for a few months now. I never take it off, except to shower. I would feel nakie without it. I have a new HRM arriving today, via UPS and will use them both.

You look awesome at half way there. I cannot even imagine the knockout you'll be when you get there! Well done!

I'm 55 and losing at a steady rate, 55.2 pounds since 2/24/12. I thought it would be very hard to lose. I had never tried before. It is easier than I thought it would be. I just have to be dedicated and stay on track. I'm pretty OCD over it! lol

I have noticed this exact thing for months. I thought I was just sweating too much or something. I am happy I am not just weird and this is something that others experience too. Thanks for posting.

You both look great! Congratulations! And one more thing....WPS!

When I first started this lifestyle change on February 24, 2012, my mom wanted to start too. She asked how was I going to do it. I told her about eating well, logging food, exercising and being accountable. She said it sounded like too much work. She saw some new thing on the Dr. Oz show Raspberry Ketones, and was ordering…

You are beautiful and just glowing. Great progress, I know you're very proud, as you certainly deserve to be! Congratulations! How inspiring you are.

It's not on yet, on the west coast. I am getting impatient! lol

A repeat of the list... 1 pound = a Guinea Pig 1.5 pounds = a dozen Krispy Kreme glazed donuts 2 pounds = a rack of baby back ribs 3 pounds = an average human brain 4 pounds = an ostrich egg 5 pounds = a Chihuahua 6 pounds = a human’s skin 7.5 pounds = an average newborn 8 pounds = a human head 10 pounds= chemical…

"All it ever does in Seattle is rain!" Please tell me why I have to water my yard all summer to keep it from dying due to LACK OF RAIN? lol
-
Big difference. Looking good, congratulations!

Just a little outside Seattle, in Renton here. One of my friends just did the Color Run a short time ago. I'm looking forward to doing the Zombie Run and Color Run, next time they're in/near Seattle.

I choose both and more!

I love my Fitbit and it never leaves me, except when I shower. I am also getting a Polar Ft4 to go with it. But, I would never get rid of my Fitbit. Edit to add: Fitbit also synchs up with earndit.com. You earn points for activity. You can then donate your points toward charities. I donate all mine to sending Care Packages…

Just ice. I hated water for so long. I drink it now, but it needs to be very cold!

Hope you had a great holiday, TShock! Looking forward to the next round!

I'm in Renton and already have a few here in WA. I think it would be so awesome to find someone close that would like to get together on a regular basis, to walk or some other type of workout. I'm home all day, everyday. lol
-
That looks yummy, Liz! Thanks!

Anther thing, you can synch it with earndit.com. You ear 'Points' for you activities and exercise time. You can then use these points to Donate to a good cause. I saved up a bunch and just donated yesterday, to send Care Packages to our Troops overseas. There are several charities you can donate to.

4 months in and 52 pounds down.

I love my Fitbit. It never leaves me except when I shower. I'd be lost without it! There is a Fitbit Users group. Lots of info and opinions there. http://www.myfitnesspal.com/groups/home/1290-fitbit-users

My results... You would most likely taste like spicy tofu.

Inked and proud. I love my tattoos. I got my first one about 30 years ago. I'll be getting a new sleeve once I reach goal.

I signed it. I grew up in Conway and moved to Seattle 8 years ago. My entire family still lives in Arkansas. I can't tell you how many times that someone has heard me speak and asked where I am from, because I still have some southern accent left. I answer Arkansas and more times than I can count, I hear how people think…

I'm a firm believer in you can do anything you set your mind to, as long as you make an honest effort and stay with it. I have lost 52 pounds since the first of March, just under 4 months. It was much easier than I thought it would be. You just have to keep at it. I am very anal about it, I stay within my calories and get…

I am 55 and I don't drink alcohol for any other reason except...I just never liked the taste of it. I don't mind others who drink responsibly and don't drive. I have always been the Designated Driver and that's fine. If I felt like drinking and it tasted good, I would.

Looking good! I have to agree, it has been helping me so much!
