I do a ton of walking right in front of the big screen. I don't do it just through commercials though. I DVR the shows I like, then find time to jump on the treadmill during the day and walk for the whole shows. I kill 2 birds with one stone. I love it!

Road House! I have been madly in love with Since I was a child! I would watch this movie over and over, all night!

85 days and 42 pounds for me. I love this place! Welcome!

I don't drink soda or sugary drinks, so it doesn't affect me. I think it's a good idea to limit 'yourself' from too much in the way of sugary drinks. I just do not see it as the Mayor's call. I think he'll run into nothing but opposition. Who is he to tell anyone they can't have something? That is a parents job to teach…

Congratulations! That is awesome!

I log everything, everyday. I always stay within my macros and exercise daily. It's not about a diet anymore. It's about changing my life and keeping it that way, to gain and maintain my heath. I don't cheat, I just eat what I like, mainly clean, and fit it into my goals.

Whether I would make them for my child or not, is not important. If you put something on a community forum, you open yourself up to different opinions. And, everyone has a right to their opinions, even if I do not agree with them. They do not deserve to be called IDIOTS or any other names. I didn't see anyone trying to be…

Thank you, ma'am. May I please have another?

This. It doesn't sound like an eating disorder to me. Of course, I'm no expert. Just sounds like someone trying to control someone else. Do people with an ED use it as a weapon to control other people?

LOL

You look great! Congratulations!

I love it just boiled with a little seasoning. Also I used to love corned beef and cabbage, haven't had it lately though. Homemade (healthy) egg rolls with cabbage inside....yummy!

I'll be right over. Did you save me some? lol Looks great, Liz!

First was Steppenwolf at Barton Coliseum, in Little Rock, Arkansas in 1970, when I was 13. I cannot remember the last one, there have been hundreds!

Congratulations! I look forward to seeing more and more as the time goes by!

Now that I look more closely, I have lost an average human leg AND a rack of baby back ribs! lol
-
I have some too. I keep them on the top shelf of my computer desk. I'm sure to see them everyday! lol I just added 2 more to the "Lost" jar today. Although mine aren't really jars! lol

I want to look good scantily clad or naked...but not here. That will be in private. When I reach my goal and post my pictures, they'll be clothed in an entire wardrobe that I designed and created myself, while I was working on getting small enough to wear them! LOL I am much more interested in how I and everyone else looks…

Hahahahaha...Deep breath...Hahahahaha That totally cracked me up!

Yes, I would and have. I moved from Po-Dunk, Arkansas to Mid-Town East in Manhattan. Talk about culture shock. But, I grew to love it...Just in time to move clear across the country to Seattle! lol In his defense, he would do the same for me.

Agree totally. I had hubby pick up a jar of Better N' Peanut Butter. I hated it, it tasted horrible to me. Plus the fact that it's pasteurized and needs refrigeration. It has a yucky 'baby poop' kind of texture too. It went to work and his office used it. lol I love PB2, the store locator on the Bell Plantation site is…

"I'm good enough. I'm smart enough. And doggone it, people like me!" Seriously, lately, I think to myself, I am seeing me return and I like it!

Ouch 10 pound babies! I have had three sons. My biggest was 6 pounds 13 ounces.

I have never been a fan of regular milk, so I never drank it. I love Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk though. I use it in my protein shakes and in place of milk in other things. I'm happy I found it.

You look great! Congratulations! I am very similar to you. I started at 247 in February and am at 205 today. Keep up the great work. I know we'll both make our goals!

Agreed! That's great! Congratulations. Get yourself some nice, supportive friends. You can help keep each other motivated. It makes it so much nicer. Good luck!

I have suffered with arthritis in my lower back for several years. I also have asthma. It had gotten to the point that I was hunched over and hardly able to walk across my house. I started taking baby steps on 2/24/12, able to walk less than 2 minutes and in horrible pain and gasping for breath. Since that time, I have…

Gonna Raise Hell by Cheap Trick I actually put this song on when I walk on the treadmill, pumping loudly! It has a hard, steady bass drum for almost 10 straight minutes. I love it! I fell in love with the song, many years ago, during a Cheap Trick concert! lol http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CIKSmFbmOuM
