Our stories are similar...I am one week into this, and I find it fun! It puts the focus on entering and finding foods that are good for you and takes the focus off of the word "diet". That is a four letter word...You are makeing a lifestyle change!! Not on a diet. If you want to be friends I am kimmer_1963, Good luck!!
