  • When I was taking CLA I ended up getting horrible cystic acne from it, but not till I was about a month in to it. Apparently that's a common side effect so it might be the CLA not the Biotin.

  • Did Max Plyo tonight after almost talking myself out of it, I really dislike working out late at night and dislike Plyo. I did better at this workout, but had some trouble on the floor work because of some shoulder discomfort. Just glad to get through it.

  • i snack on cheese stick's, pepperoni "chips" just stick them in the microwave on a paper towel until the become crunch, different dips with snapea crisps or veggies, pork rinds, hard boiled eggs, melon's or berries.

  • Feeling super low on energy today but managed to just complete Max Recovery. I liked this work out, it went by really fast. Those planks and pushups are very difficult for me too. I had to do most of them on my knees by the end.

  • Completed Recovery then did the Fit Test a couple hours later. I really improved my stamina from the beginning and most of the exercises I was able to do 10-20 more than last time. Happy to have a rest day tomorrow!

  • lol that was hilarious. I've also found bathing suit shopping worse than ever. I don't understand why they can'y make swimsuits like they do bra's,none of them have enough support for my DD's. Last summer at the beach I noticed this a common problem, even relatively thin women were wearing very ill fitting bathing suits.
