On week 3. Finally getting the hang of most of the moves but I do have to modify some of the side planks and burpees. Just started the Core workout and man it was killer! Already seeing some definition in my shoulders and feeling smaller in the waist so I'm happy about that.

I'm doing the PIYO videos right now and really love it, such a nice change of pace from all cardio. I wish I knew the calorie burn! I'm logging it as either pilates or yoga and it only has me at 100 calories but I feel like it should be more than that especially for some of the advanced ones.

I've never given up my sweet tooth only made substitutions. Like already said those individual packets of high quality chocolate. Just starting week 2 today. I really like it so far! I had finished T-25 and Insanity barely lose any weight when I do intense exercise. Doing it now. I'm not sure how to log the calories burned? A few of them I feel like I'm really working out but others not as much. Wondering if I should add another workout on top of it?

Exactly! I weighed this morning starting second week of beta and still exactly the same weight. I know they say not to focus on scale weight but it's hard to do :)

I like T25 a lot more than insanity and am seeing similar results in working out half the time. I just started Beta this week and I love it! I lost almost no weight with insanity and logging calories. I did lose inches and build muscle and my fitness level, but for weight loss it's not something I'd do again. Everyone's different but a less intense program is what finally helps me get the scale moving.

I just finished Insanity 3 weeks ago. I can tell you that first week is the worst and after you beat that you're good to go. Until month two week 1 which is another battle. Stick with it and modify, I still couldn't do some of the push up moves even by the time I finished. It's amazing how much your fitness level improves…

I started Chalean Extreme this week, I'm on the 4th day. It really is different, I almost don't feel like I'm working out, but today's was a little more intensity. I never thought I'd say I miss Shaun T or Insanity either! But I do like this one and feel like it's easier to get in.

I'm on my last week. I've only lost 3 lbs, so it didn't work for weight loss for me, but I've lost a ton of inches and really toned my body. My fitness level is also way up and I feel like I can do any work out after this, so for me it was absolutely worth it even though I didn't lose much weight with it.
