I know that Jody, Ktrn and me are planning to start (or started already) the CLX program. Do you think a new group like this one would be helpful to you? Do we want one?

    I think that would be helpful. I expect my disc sets delivery this week.

    I think a new group would be great, this one really helped motivate me to keep going with Insanity. I'm sure if it was posted in the regular fitness message boards more people might join in too.

    The only active CLX group I have found is called Chalean Extreme Support Group. I joined to see what it's like.
