Hi everyone, in order to gather us all in one place (there are 3 or 4 Insanity threads all started in May) I decided to start a group. I'm 35, started Insanity on May 6th. Before that, I completed the 30 day shred twice and Ripped in 30 as well. My main current goal is to reduce body fat. Muscles are welcome, as well.
