Hooowee I feel out of shape after finally comparing my data to someone else's. I'm hoping I can blame the low fitness level with the awkwardness as I wasn't familiar with the moves. Hopefully Fit Test #2 will reflect what I'm more capable of, without the confusion of the new exercises.

Just for kicks and giggles, I did a Fit Test yesterday. I'm not following the calendar due to work/school conflicts, but for the past few weeks I've been rotating the first series of DVDs. I think for the next three weeks before I head back stateside for a summer break, I'm going to break out the Max DVDs.
