Technically we should be done with Insanity, but I'm repeating the last 2 weeks on a modified schedule. On the days I have boot camp I'm either going to do Max Recovery or Core Cardio so I don't burn myself out, especially since boot camp is outside and we are experiencing a serious heat wave on the East Coast.

I did Core Cardio this morning and it seemed much harder. Its probably because I missed so many workouts the last two weeks. My goal is to do 12 workouts in the next 14 days so I can complete Insanity.

I probably won't be satisfied with my results because my eating is out of whack but I will earn my t-shirt by the end of this year.

    I completed my 60 days of Insanity. Yippee!!! I did substitute & did the Max Interval Sports Training workout. I really enjoyed this one. I will do my fit test tomorrow. The heat wave is definitely on.

    Congratulations!!

    I am flying back today so I will restart Insanity tomorrow. I haven't been counting calories in the last days and my eating has been pretty heavy on carbs but I hope it will help me cope with the last few workouts.
