I'm not working today so I'll be getting my workout done this evening.

Did plyo yesterday and looking forward to today's workout. I'm ready for this final week but am considering restarting the program. It's been rough on my left knee but overall, I feel stronger and much more lean than when I started. I'll see how I feel after today's workout. I think I'd like a break to get healthy but I also don't want to lose any momentum as I continue towards my weight and fit goals...0

I so understand how you are feeling. I was so gung ho to do a second round but, I will give it a pass for now. The longer workouts have been so arduous to fit into my schedule especially on working days. I wear so many hats as a wife, mother, working nurse, & daughter who must check in on an aged mother with dementia. Talk about being spread thin but, I also want to nuture & care for myself. I will do some lighter workouts for a couple of weeks. I have come too far to backslide.

Max Cardio completed this morning, not sure if I will get in Cardio Abs tonight but I don't feel I get much out of that work out so I might just replace it with Pilates. I tweaked my ankle doing jumps this morning but it feels better now. I'm ready to complete Insanity, but also feeling a little bit anxious about it! I'd like a much needed break, but like said don't want to lose motivation to keep working out either. I just got Rockin Body in the mail today and am planning on starting it after.0

I returned to Berlin last night. Tomorrow I am flying to Helsinki for a couple of days. I could do a workout today, maybe sports training to see what it's like. If I want to work out in Helsinki, I need to take my workout mat with me...0

Max cardio and Insane abs completed. I shall definitely not miss insane abs. I am not going to do a second round of Insanity as I don't think my knees can take it. Plus I am heartily sick of waking up at 5 am. I think I shall move on to JM's Body Revolution for a much needed break.0
