thanks =) I plan on going with my Mom, and also have support from others here on MFP and my facebook friends and those in real life. I also have other friends who are in Teambeach Body. So I feel I have a wonderful support system. But yea I have to agree Curves is kinda pricey...and sometimes I may not be able to come up…

thanks! I'm afraid that what if I'm not tracking my exercise correctly. but wouldn't you say it's likely pretty accurate? like I've been doing Hip Hop Abs and entering it as circuit training. I'm not sure if it really is in the circuit training category.

I don't think you necessarly need to eat unless you feel like you need it. I have about 800 calories left, because I earned a bunch from exercise today. I might eat a little bit more, but something healthy. But I'm not going to eat 800 calories before bed.

scoop out one avocado into blender, add 1 banana, and a bunch of strawberries.....and maybe add 2 cups of milk (or whatever you use in place of milk)...or just add 2 cups of water and blend. YUM! you could also add some oatmeal too if you like your smoothie a little thicker (maybe about 1/4 to 1/2 cup)

ggg....just looking at the first page of that site everything looks so wet....makes me think of oil. I'd rather have a strawberry, that gives me the right kind of energy. if I didn't eat yucky just now, I would have a nice salad with some good calorie free dressing on it. But I just had some sausage and choc chip pancakes…

I hate it when I took time and effort to make myself a wonderful breakfast and then in the middle of the day I ended up pigging out on chips. blah! :noway: but then I got back on track though. but I wish I wouldn't have done that.
