I'm wondering if anyone else here goes to Curves and how they like it? Do you work out for only 30 minutes there? How many calories do you think your burning and such. =)

exercise and eating...scared about overeating
I did a lot yesterday, and today was so hungry. It's times like this that I tend to fall off, because I get tired. But I don't want to fall off. I'm still tracking calories and my exercise. how do we know how many calories we burn?
How do we know how many calories we are burning while working out? I've heard others mention something about a heart rate monitor.....is that an accurate what to tell? What do you recommend? thanks

Paleo diet and calories
I know we're not supposed to count calories on the Paleo diet. I have logged what I ate today....not sure if it's totally accurate. But I'm not hungry and I don't want to eat anymore. But my total says I ate something like 775 calories for the day. Should I really eat anymore or am I ok? thanks

new to Paleo diet and question about vit c and vit a
So I'm not really counting my calories anymore...but trying to make sure I eat more of a Paleo diet. Today I see my vit c and vit a are over the allowance that myfitnesspal recommends. Should I be concerned of that?

went over my cals
I exercised today and ate, but it looks like I went over my calorie allowance today. Is this ok once in a while? I'm feeling a bit full now because I ate too much for supper and feel like I should go outside and burn more calories. :noway: I'm frustrated with myself now. help!

same exercise day after day?
I'm wondering if me doing Leslie Sansone's 5 mile dvd is ok for me to do day after day? I would like it to be my main exercise. But also I like to get outside one or two days a week to mow lawn with the gas powered push mower. I like to do that dvd for about 10 miles a day. My sister was telling me that we need to switch…

salad and subsituting?
I would have more salads, but we need to go shopping and right now, we can't, so I'm wondering, can I subsitute canned vegetables for the salad? Could I use canned corn in place of lettuce? Really, what kind of nutrition is really in corn? Isn't it just a filler?

loosing pounds but not inches lately
I'm a little frustrated, I've been loosing pounds (at least a pound a week) and lately I'm not seeing the inches go down (around my waist and hips). What can I do to encourage them to go down too? thanks :flowerforyou:

I'm curious when we enter in the exercise we do, why would we still loose weight if we ate those extra calories, it just doesn't make sense to me. Could someone please explain that to me?
