I'm wondering if it's bad to go over on other nutrients such as protein, or fiber, as long as I stay within the allowed nutrients?
thanks

I would say no, when you are talking about fiber and protein. However, if you are talking carbs and fats and it is an everyday thing I would start making some changes. FYI - I think that the protein is set low on MFP, I go over it every day by about 20 g but I am eating the amount of protein that my doctor told me to.0

Going over on fiber and protein (I get about twice my recommended protein most days) are fine, but make sure you stay withing your carb and fat limits. The body can only process a certain amount of carbs and fats at one time and if you get more than can be processed they get stored as fat.0
