I always thought it was a myth. However, with that said, I started a new BC pill two weeks ago, and despite my usual way of eating and excercising, I had a 1.5lb gain last week. I was wracking my brain trying to figure out what went wrong, and it seemed to correspond with me starting a new pill.

I don't have cheat days, and if I eat something considered a "cheat" food by others, I just count it towards my daily calorie intake and move on. I HATE the word diet and cheating... Usually within an hour of getting up. I try to eat with my kids. If I have something like a 5 or 6 oz cup of greek yogurt because we're pressed for time, I usually have a snack about an hour/hour and a half later (I keep Kashi Go Lean bars or Fiber One bars in my bag and car).

I find when I don't eat all or at least close to my "extra" calories, I tend to stall. I work with a trainer 2x per week, and he is always telling me on not so good weight loss weeks that it's because I'm not eating enough! So funny... eating too much is what put me here in the first place! LOL

Greek Yogurt. I LIVE on the single serving sizes. I mix a bit of granola or Kashi go lean in it. My usual go to breakfast keeps me full until lunch.
