Whatever type of substitute you choose, ignore anyone who tries to tell you they're not safe, cause sugar spikes, or weight gain. It's a load of bull. From the different communities I've seen, it's pretty commonly agreed that losing weight is 80% diet and 20% exercise. So far I'd have to agree with that completely. Absolutely. The more I use the site, the easier it gets. Also, join groups, comment on the forums, and add friends. The more time you spend on the site, the more it becomes a part of your life and the easier it is to care more about what you're doing for your health.
