  • 30-40 mins/day. I hit it hard with HIIT cardio half the time, and bodyweight intervals the other half. Boom! Done!
  • You need to build muscle but you don't have to lift. You can do functional bodyweight exercises to build muscle--it's super effective and works many muscle groups at once. Check out Mark Lauren's books on Amazon: "You Are Your Own Gym" and "Body By You".
