I liked the 30ds. I think Jillian does a good job explaining the moves and giving alternates for those who may need them. There are 3 different levels on the dvd and as your wife progresses she can work up to the higher levels.

oh and if you are working out it is normal to gain some weight. Muscle weighs more than fat. Especially if you are new to working out you are probably going to gain a few muscle pounds. It is ok. Make sure to eat a big breakfast with lots of protein. And if your body isn't getting enough nutrients from your food it will hold on to your fat and it will be harder to loose any weight. Focus on being healthy, eat right and exercise. :happy:
