  • No not yet. I'll wait for morning to do that. Part of the reason why I am losing wait is to get healthy for when we do! So I'd be happy either way.
  • Haha some of these were hilarious. Thanks. Haha. I appreciate all the feed back. I'll get on it (although i think this is how I got into this predicament) Thanks all!
  • Well I keep that stuff under the bathroom sink haha. Just wondering i read somewhere that diet can effect it. Thanks for the response though! Im not too worried.
  • Lots of water and lots of low cal snacks like Celery!
  • I need some friends too!
  • Screw it. I just go to subway :)
  • DELCIOUS. Also...nutella. Or tuna!
  • I read this in a different way. because I am kinda of similar. I am a very sexual person, but sometimes I feel soooo UGLY. My husband absolutely adores me in whatever--no make up, nothing he till finds me incredibly sexy. BUT he finds me sexier when I am dancing around the room getting ready and feeling good about myself.…
  • mmmm subway.
  • I cry a lot when I shop. So..I've stopped shopping. I don't weight myself either, because I don't want to go into the store and think we'll im down 5 lbs, so lets try on a couple inches smaller and have it not fit. Im just going to wait until I fit back into those coveted pants I bought 3 years ago when I was at my goal…
  • So last sunday I had a particular bad day for eating. I had gone to a dnner dance the night before and consumed FAR too much Wine. Anyways--i thought; its sunday, Im going to have a cheat day because I have a terrible hang over (the wine hit me harder then it normally does because of all thje good healthy eating!) anyways,…
  • Yeah--i don't know where I would get any energy from doing this. If you look at my diary, I eat A LOT of veggies and fruits a day. But if I didn't have those two eggs in the morning, i'd loose my mind. Even if you wanted to throw some tofu into the mix, or some chickpeas might be a little better. Soy and almond milk,…
  • Yep. To keep me feeling satisfied I probably eat something every hour and half until about 7pm. then I am done. I like to have my biggest meal, sometimes getting as high as 600 calories for 'dinner' because I find thats when I am the most hungry and it prevents me from over snacking later on!
  • Amazing! Look slike your girlfriend is really supportive. She looks great to! Well done!
  • I am the same way. However, my husband likes my chest and is not sexist, so I don't really worry about that. It just sucks because they clearly add to my weight haha, AND I WANT TO WEAR SHIRTS WITH BUTTONS. I also have my mother in law send bras from the UK, because in Canada, a good fitting bra often costs me $120. As la…
  • ^^ thank you.
  • For the record, I never bashed the program. I was more curious then anything and wondering about her mindset, because she beats herself up over a tspn of peanut butter .
  • Ahhh--we all have stretch marks, even the skiniest of us! You look fantastic, hell i'd say you were bikini ready now!! Also I hear mederma is pretty effective for it--and bio oil; but i think they are pretty costly.
  • Absolutely. It was just getting me a bit confused. Everyone finds their own way to success! Just curious about some of the mind sets is all. Like Herbal Magic was all about--you can have 2 proteins a dat, one dairy, two starch, 2 fats 3 fruits and veg--and some magic vitamins at $200 a month. I had a bad mindset on it…
  • I just don't understand how not eating the protein and healthy fat foods--and still being to be at Caloric goal. Can someone explain it to me? Like obviously I would eat pistachios if i was counting points and I was allowed 25 and they were 9--seems ridiculous. But they are only 90 cals! so....Huh? someone break it down…
  • Apparently a quarter cup of Pisatchios is 9 points! Doesn't that seem a bit high?!
  • I never loose a cupsize. Lost 60 lbs a couple of years ago, went from a 36 G to a 34 G. I am a size 12 now, and 200 lbs--before I was 220 and a 14--still a 36 G. I was scheduled for a reduction when I was a teen,decided against it because Im gunna do this right! Loose poundage. Nothing. Ohs wells. I think once I am done…
  • Firstly I would like to say AMAZING JOB! But I would also like to say that 178 is not ridiculously fat. It you look sensational, and very very healthy. Keep going until you meet your goals!
  • Hello! I am MS as well. I started displaying symptoms at 18 and am now 25. My mum also has it. Are you taking prednisone? I found that it made me hungry too---and also kind euphoric. Im going to add you h as a friend so we can support one another!
  • This really got me motivated to not stray away from my pre packed, uber healthy calorie controlled lunch! Everyone else is getting Mcdonalds! You are all incredible!
  • Yeah this is for me too. I did Herbal Magic with sucess--and then failure. You want a meeting? Join a group and meet together (online) for weigh ins once a week and share recipes and tips!
  • basically how I have been eating...except my fun food is wine and pasta. haha. But I feel fantastic. I did herbal magic and it was a huge expensive failure.
  • This is similar to me. However, I did not do it for ethical reasons, because...my dad is a butcher. So, I did it to be healthier. Found i was HUNGRY a lot. I was a veg for 6 years. I lost weight the first year, but found i was just replacing what calories i got with meat with garbage food. Any my cholestoral went up ect…
  • I bet you were underestimating your success (as we often do), and your mum was seeing dead on what you were doing, what a dynomite cheedleader to have! Congrats!
