No, spaghetti squash is named that because of the spaghetti like flesh inside the squash. It tastes very much like "squash". I used to eat this years ago, and is best with melted butter and brown sugar:) I am sure there is a lower fat version, but I wasn't fond of the flavor hence the butter/brown sugar. Good luck!
