OMG! Do you ever pick up 95 lbs of weights and walk around to see what you used to carry? It would make you cringe I bet! Way to go! Thanks for sharing.

Today is my first day on the site and I weighed in at 227lbs.....I REALLY want to be 199 by 6/24 for a wedding I'm going to....it's alot and I'm scared but I can do it......I hope : )
