I'm 5'8" and about 220 now. Working for the magic day when my weight start with a "1"__. My goal is 170. Made me feel good to read all the other posts from women who are trying to get healthy. Im not sure skinny has ever been in my DNA. But feeling good and being a healthy weight is! That's my goal, a day at a time.
