Pretty sure they're referring to heavy whipping cream. I do a cup of broth, a tablespoon or 2 of cream, and a teaspoon or so of bacon grease. It might sound weird, but I love it!

Be careful with the milk--even whole milk is 13g carb per cup. As others have said, consider adding more veggies. Some staples for me that aren't there are cauliflower, zucchini, spinach, and salad veggies. Make sure you check the labels on sausages--a lot of them have (completely unnecessary) added sugar. I have the same "problem" as headofphat. I have to work on eating enough because I'm hardly ever hungry now. I certainly ain't complaining about it though--the amount of food I can put away when not on keto is ridiculous!

I usually aim for 65/30/5, and try too make sure I don't get excessive protein on days that I'm not lifting. Every time I've done low carb/keto, I've hit a point like this--where I just don't feel hungry that often, so i don't eat enough. That's been pretty routine for me lately, give or take a couple hundred calories. I did eat more last night and got my total over 1500, and I'm going to try to add a bit more to each meal to avoid trying to stuff myself right before bedtime again lol.
