How low carb are you? Could you be low enough to be getting the keto flu? If low enough that could be the cause.

I weight myself every morning, cause I like spreadsheets, and graphs. :laugh: Doesn't bug me to much to go up a few pounds cause I know, from my graphs/spreadsheet its totally normal for me and it always goes back down. Usually with a loss added. :drinker:

I got to day four, started feeling good about it and then woke up to a knee that hurts when I put all my weight on it. Shooting nasty pain right into my kneecap. So frustrating :( Must of been doing something wrong so after it gets better I shall be more diligent on my moves. Hopefully will only be down a few days! Good…

Been doing low carb/keto since mid April. I enjoy it but for the insomnia it causes me. I have to take over the counter sleep aids once in awhile to get a full night of sleep. 3mg melatonin. It also caused my period to be two months late. I still have horrible sweet cravings. Otherwise I like what it has helped me achieve.…

I always welcome new friends! I log daily and stay pretty low carb but on around two days a week I got between 30-40 so I can get some sleep. Have horrible insomnia when my carbs are lower then 20.

I would love some friends to help me get motivated and vice versa. Low carb dieter (20-30g a day) that needs tons of help with recipe ideas and motivation.
