I wore my sports bra under my bathing suit. Can't recall what I wore on the bottom oddly enough. :) I did use a wetsuit for the sprints that I did so i suspect I wore a bathing suit bottom or a compression short. Eat vegetables. Drink alot of water. Same thing. I would not waste money on a detox cleanse. That is what the liver is for.

It isn't just about the routines. It is about having someone push you out of your comfort zone.
