Along with the toning, I loofa and then use Cocoa Butter twice daily. It really promotes new skin rejuvenation and tightening of the skin. It does require time though! You will not see results over night! If you have any stretch marks, vitamin E oil is great to minimize the marks.

You can also try BBQ pork skins. They have 80 calories per 1/2oz serving with 5g fat, 0carbs. I get to crunch on these like the others get to crunch on popcorn. I usually bring 1oz and that satisfied my cravings!

Sit with your legs straight out in front of you, toes pointed straight up. Have a friend sit by your feet and pull toes gently to make them point while you resist. Do 3 x ten repetitions, once or twice during the day and be sure to ice. DO NOT over strain! This is a delicate resistance trick!

Did you know that if you take your favorite regular yogurt and filter it using a coffee filter placed in a strainer for an hour or so, you make Greek yogurt? This doesn't work on the flavored yogurts, but if you buy the plain and then sweeten with stevia flavors, or just add your favorite jelly or honey, it tastes great!

I am still in the "before" stage, but improving. I found that a brisk loofa followed by cocoa butter cream really helps encourage the skin to rejuvenate itself. It is a slow process, but I do see slow results.

I have used a low carb diet to break thought a plateau, and I found that if I minimize combining fat and carbs in the same meal, that helps as well. Something about combining them in the same meal is a trigger for me. The important thing to learn is how YOUR body reacts to carbs and fats.

I bought a cheap exercise ball and when I am at home in front of the computer or TV, I sit on it and pulse, squeeze, roll my hips, etc. It has really helped with toning the area. I can suddenly walk without my inner thighs rubbing together, and my buttocks have a nicer shape (not so flat).
