I've never tried Republic of tea. I've tried none dessert teas and haven't warmed up to them yet. Harney and sons has a great green called Tropical green. It's a green that tastes like pineapple. So good. It's the tea that began my dessert tea search. I love these teas because they satisfy a sweet tooth :)

I have chronic back pain and nerve pain in my arm/hand. I can relate.

I'm not a heart attack victim but it runs in my family and is why I decided to try to lose weight to begin with. I'm going to send you a friend request as I think YOU may keep me motivated. Glad your heart wasn't too badly damaged.

BAHAHAHAAA @post menopausal prude! Certainly you have a better rebuttal than that, Mr. Tank Top, something better to hold up your 'underwear is the same as a swim suit' thought. Sheesh, give a country an olympic opening ceremony to blow and it's citizens think they're witty and whatnot. Now shushhhhh  Oh and super…

You stay classy :noway:

I may be wrong (I don't know her) but can only assume that she would not find it strange if she weren't somewhat modest. My point was being modest doesn't make one uptight. Uhhhh, her thinking it was strange was her original post
-
Please explain why it isn't acceptable to wear your underwear to the beach/pool/lake/out on the streets/to work etc...... and you've answered your own question. Underwear it UNDERwear not outerwear.

She's uptight OR modest  ??? Maybe she doesn't feel the need to show strangers her half naked body and maybe she doesn't have any interest in seeing other people posting their half naked bodies  I've seen MANY tasteful photos showing before and after shots where the person is in a well fitting swim suit or…

Tasteful progress pictures I agree with. Showing nothing but a close up of your breasts, nope. That is not a progress picture. That's a woman who's not confident with herself and is trying to get attention from men with the only thing on her body that she finds has any worth. Ridiculous but at the same time I find it funny…

Years back I went to a chiropractor and he only did an xray vs an MRI which I feel now I needed the whole time to accurately diagnose. RIght now I'm not in the position to pay for an MRI so not sure what is going on with my back. I have sciatic issues as well but what i feel to be mild to moderate sciatica and I deal with…

I think design guy knows of a gal that might be interested in hooking up with that guy

Oh my! Where do you even begin on this one? Oh my! Boooo

I think that's because that's all they are hard wired for, unfortunately for us :ohwell:

You can throw an entire pork roast (pork butt) in there with some water, sprinkle roast w/garlic powder, smoked paprika or regular paprika, salt, pepper and a little sugar (can be left off) and let it cook for 8-10 hrs on low, you cant over cook it in a crock pot. you can use the pulled pork for tacos, burritos, pork chile…

Try draining the squash on a tea towel inside a strainer, then just give the tea towel a few good squeezes and twists to get all the water out. Was really simple that way. I bet you could press it with a big spoon too but this was pretty easy for me as we always have kitchen towels handy :flowerforyou:
-
That's how I did mine, I used it as a side. We had baked spaghetti squash as our main dish and these as a side.
-
It's very simple in taste if you don't season it up real well. Garlic powder and smoked paprika was a good add in for me (among other spices/herbs I used).
-
Great idea! You are full of great things aren't you? :)
-
Love your Keeshonds! I had one yrs ago. Great dogs.

Oh good, glad you found it. TIS TASTY! I was telling my husband last night after we ate them that I wished we had more squash in the house so I could make another batch. I'm certain I'd have eaten a full batch on my own last night had we had more squash lol.

If you look above a few posts, the lady who posted it initially has a picture on her link that she provided, that's the one I pinned.

I wish it did too. When I saw it last night I copied it to a word doc immediately and put it on my pinterest lol. this one wasn't getting away.

I thought about adding parm but wanted to stick to the recipe to start. That's too bad that the salt is needed. I've really tried to cut that down in my diet. This is a great recipe.
-
I think I'm going to try it without salt next time. It's used to sweat out the water from the squash but using the tea towel to give it a few good squeezes should be sufficient. I don't think it made a big difference taste wise either. You guys should totally make it! It's fantastic! I used this food chopper I have to cut…

It does help to have a support system. You'll find that you hit it off with a handful of people and can often lean on them for whatever you need to keep you going. I've made one real good friend on this site and really care about many others. Friends keep you accountable.
