It's a great way to eat long term. I've lost over 135 pounds eating low carb, high fat, mostly clean. I have been eating this way 5+ years now. I've never felt better.

Harney & Sons has definitely become my favorite after trying a few others and recently trying TheNecessiTeas. I have ordered more H&S than any other company :)

Bigelow plantation mint is amazing! I buy peppermint in bulk now from Harney and Sons but prior to that I was drinking Bigelow's mint.
