I'm do one race a month...so far i've done 2 5k's this month, another one next month and then I have my first 10K. I started with C25k and now I run outside and do the body revolution program by Jillian Michaels.

Hey, for those of you doing the meal plan :) I have a silly question --- so the meal plan is for 5 days at a time,right?...does that mean on the weekends we should just eat the left overs or something? Or do we only eat the scheduled meals on the days we workout? I'm just a bit confused and I want to go grocery shopping…

Jillian's 6 week 6 pack...I burned more caloies doing that than with 30 DS or you can try extreme 30 day shred.

Love it...bottom line is that JIllian gets RESULTS! that was my first Jillian DVD and I lost 10 poumds that month....Do what you can and you WILL get stronger. If you absolutley cant do somethign look up an alternate on youtube.

Get up early...the early bird gets the worm :) I just tell myself to get out the bed and at least walk on the treadmill. Once I get started I cant stop :) Im a full-time worker and I have 2 kids, 3years old and 1 year old.

6 week 6 pack is a really good one. I did 30 day shred and I have a couple of the others but 6/6 is good. Maybe try 30 day shed and then 6/6.

Ugh. I not only have that problem I also have saggy thigh skin :( I know this wont make you feel any better but you have AWESOME legs! At least you dont have both problems :)

We met playing cards so he planned a party and we were playing cards....the cards fit together like a puzzle and said 'Will you marry me" with a picture of us.
