How was your day? It was productive...dealing with family death. Did you get your water in today? 8 cups...needed more! Did you log your exercise and food? yes, only because of this challenge :) Anything super duper happen today? Nope.Went on a treadmill walk.

I use my FT4 on all my workouts but I do agree that strength training burns are going to be lower than your cardio burns. I think the HRM also has a hard time picking up heart rate on push ups and planks etc.( body weight type workouts). But it does depend on what your doing because my stregth trianing program also has…

I drink 2 16 ounce cups a day :) i use 1 tablespoon of flavored creamer (I buy new flavors to keep it excititng) :)-35 calroies max. For my afternoon cup, I use powdered creamer which for one tsp is only 15 calories.

My opinion is that the lower the sodium (1500-2,000), the less water you retain and the cleaner you ending having to eat in order to meet that quota. So,eating healthier goes hand in hand with lowering your sodium.

If you are comfortable with Jillian's style I would do BR..if your looking to change things up go with Chalean. I respond well to JM and LOVE BR. I'm currently on week6.
