I have a cheap digital scale I bought at Walmart. Nothing fancy, but does a good job.

I find that when I work out I become fuller. Sometimes making it hard to eat for myself. Not sure why I feel full after working out...maybe you could just do mini snacks?

Thanks everyone! I want to get one on my lower back and then my shoulder. I just think it is a nice way to really have a new me. I have wanted one for a while. That's a great question. I wonder that often myself. It seems like it has taken me a long time to lose the 10lbs I just lost. People tell me the same thing that it is harder to lose the older you get. It makes it depressing sometimes. Hope you get some good answers!

Thanks everyone, I feel better now knowing that I am not doing something weird in keeping this secret. I think the secret is helping me keep going. It is making it so I am accountable for myself and only myself. I also feel that is why I am becoming successful this time and sticking to it this time. Thanks!!!

I do and I like it much better than the gym. I walk, use my stationary bike, play the wii actives and started using power 90. I find I stay more consistent this way.

I did that a lot a while ago. Then I realized that I have never lost enough weight to fit into them and it become depressing. Also, it is motivating to be able to buy new clothing! My nutritionist has me taking in 1500 calories a day and wants at least 30 minutes of exercise daily.
