I have joined a few gyms and never had any problems. Honestly, everyone at a gym is so concerned as to how they themselves look, they don't pay much attention to others. Plus, everyone has to work at this or the gym's would be empty! Good luck and get moving! Don't let that thought stop you! Good luck! You can do it!!!

I probably will. I have been fat all my life. If this truly helps me lose weight and then maintain my desired weight, I definitely will. I figure the minutes it takes to do it is worth it if my weight is all gone and I don't want it to return!

Thanks, that is true because I noticed I can use my bike for longer periods of times and can go up a level.

No, I doubt that. I think people are just being very encouraging and supportive. I think it is nice to get a "pat on the back", when doing something well sometimes.

Congratulations! Yes, I find I do this a lot when I go to work. I always add my breakfast and lunch the day before because I know what I am eating and then my tracking is done. I think track my dinner after I eat and then start over again with the breakfast and lunch I will have for the following day. Good Luck!

I would track everything you are eating. Although you are doing well during the week, you may overdo on the weekends. I would try it and see if tracking it makes any difference. It can't hurt! :)
