girl, i weigh everyday as well! it helps me stay focused on that days food intake.. or should i say goals! i usually do good everyday until dinner..and then its history! lol Remember tomorrow is a NEW day! :wink:

I dont know, but i am gunna start trying sprinkling cinnamon on my foods and may even get some cinnamon supplements to try. i have pcos and possible insulin resistance. i googled things about cinnamon and weightloss and it says it regulates blood sugar and helps with fat metabolizing. hope this helps.
