I am at the SAME stage I want to lose 15 more pounds but just can't seem to get these off! I have lost 70 pounds since having my daughter but now have come to a stand still, you can add me and we can try to keep each other motivated :)

Ive done other dvd's that seem tougher on the stomach...but i do a lot of yoga so i assumed my core was already pretty strong. I think the idea is to keep abs engaged pretty much all the way through too (inc weights, legs, cardio and even cool down section) and then work on smaller muscles during the 'abs exercises'. Come…

The only thing I haven't been impressed with is the abs, I don't feel it very much in my stomach, my legs and arms sure burn when I am done, anyone else feel that way? I hope I am doing the stomach exercises right!

love all the feedback thanks, really helps keep a person motivated! I was shaky after the first day but I think everyday it gets a little easier:) She really works you, nervous to see what level THREE will be like haha.

They are AMAZING don't taste low cal at all!! Also Quaker mini rice cakes has chocolate drizzle and mint chocolate drizzle YUM I also tried Fiber One brownies pretty good for 90 calories :)

I am a TOTAL chocolate lover, when I get a craving I turn to the weight watchers candies (I get them at Walmart) they have Mint Patties, English Toffee, Pecan Clusters Etc. for only 50 calories a piece otherwise the york mint patties minis are 50 calories a piece:) Good way to help the craving without ruining your day :)
