I have over 100lbs to lose. I started this time in November and made a deliberate choice to let go over the holidays. Just started back about two weeks ago. I think my food diary is public, although I'm not all that creative with food. I'm not a 'clean' eater. I have found that not restricting any particular foods works…

I have about 120lbs to lose, total. I started almost two weeks ago and have lost 8lbs so far. Right now I'm focused on a shorter term goal of 30 lbs. The overall goal is a little overwhelming.
