  • I'm trying out P90 right now. There are also free podcasts out there - I recommend Pilates on Fifth (they have some quick 10 minute sessions and a 30min session full quick workout) and Yogamazing (cheesy yes, but these are quick 20-30min workouts usually focusing on something specific, LOVE the one for Abs.) Good luck!
  • I just did the first workout! And I agree, it's easy to follow but I still feel like I worked out (especially because I have no upper arm strength, so I REALLY feel that).
