I like this idea!! Here we go.... Fridays are my weigh-in day. SW: 167.6 (August 30th) September Goal: 160 (September 27th) Personal challenge for September - Incorporate strength training (ideally twice a week, but at least once a week).

1) I should be working instead of reading through the message boards. 2) I'm meeting with a personal trainer tomorrow afternoon and I'm nervous to find out my body fat percentage. 3) This is my first post to MFP!
