The only things that works for me as far as cravings - I eat about every 3 hours. As long as I dont stray from this...I don't seem to have a problem. I use one banana, 2 large handfulls of fresh spinach leaves, and throw in whatever other fruit I have - apple, strawberries, peach, kiwi - and then I add water until it's the consistency I want. LOVE!!!

I'm trying to lose about 40 by July too. Just started...so I need the motivation...and the accountability so I don't give up....again! :)

I really believe that this typically isn't due to the physical changes...but the esteem/confidence changes. You may not notice those changes as much...but others do. :) Congrats on your weight loss!
